Recurly is a leading subscription billing platform trusted by SaaS businesses worldwide.
When connected to Altruon, Recurly enables synchronization of subscription flows, invoices, and credit notes.


Supported Features

  • Subscription creation accepting payments with any supported gateway/payment method
  • Invoice (initial and recurring) synchronization and auto collection
  • Credit note synchronization with automated refund with any supported gateway/payment method

Requirements

To connect your Recurly account to Altruon, you’ll need the following:

  1. Domain URL

    • EU merchants: https://[domainName].eu.recurly.com
    • Non-EU merchants: https://[domainName].recurly.com
  2. Private API Key


Step 1: Connect Recurly to Altruon

  1. Log in to your Altruon account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Billing Platforms.
  3. Click + Add Integration and select Recurly.
  4. Enter your:
    • Domain URL
    • Private API Key
  5. Click Save.

Once connected, you’ll see the Recurly integration marked as Active in Altruon.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in Recurly

Altruon requires a webhook from Recurly to stay in sync with your billing events.

  1. In your Altruon Settings > Billing Platforms, click View Integration on Recurly.

Copy the webhook endpoint as shown in this example.

  1. Log in to your Recurly Backoffice.
  2. Go to Integrations > Webhooks > Manage Endpoints.
  3. Click New Endpoint.
  4. Paste the copied URL into the Webhook URL field.
  5. Set the Format to JSON.
  6. Under Notifications, select:
  • invoice.created
  • credit_invoice.created
  1. Click Save Changes.

All subscription flows, invoices, and credit notes will be automatically synchronized between the two platforms.
