Requirements
To connect your Recurly account to Altruon, you’ll need the following:

Integrations > API Credentials - Copy your Private API Key

Step 1: Connect Recurly to Altruon
- Log in to your Altruon account.
- Navigate to Settings > Billing Platforms.
- Click + Add Integration and select Recurly.
- Enter your:
- Domain URL
- Private API Key
- Click Save.
Once connected, you’ll see the Recurly integration marked as Active in Altruon.
Step 2: Configure Webhook in Recurly
Altruon requires a webhook from Recurly to stay in sync with your billing events.
- In your Altruon Settings > Billing Platforms, click View Integration on Recurly.
Copy the webhook endpoint as shown in this example.
- Log in to your Recurly Backoffice.
- Go to Integrations > Webhooks > Manage Endpoints.
- Click New Endpoint.
- Paste the copied URL into the Webhook URL field.
- Set the Format to JSON.
- Under Notifications, select:
invoice.createdcredit_invoice.created
- Click Save Changes.

Your Recurly instance is now successfully connected to Altruon!
All subscription flows, invoices, and credit notes will be automatically synchronized between the two platforms.
